Tasting Note
Ruby red colour which evolves into brick red tones with age. This is a full bodied beast of a wine with forest fruits on the nose and palate. It’s acidity and tannin make it ideal for longer aging.
Food Pairing
Bright, brambly fruit and high-energy acidity make it a natural with charcuterie or grilled sausages, while its savoury edge loves slow-cooked beef or game with herbs.
